Processing Time
All products are made to order. Processing begins after your order has been successfully placed.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping may be available for select products and destinations. Options will be shown at checkout when available.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
For customers in the European Union and Northern Ireland, please allow an additional 7–14 days for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact BE Artistic Designs within 14 days of delivery at bethsartisticdesigns@gmail.com and include photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
